Agreed, the ONLY negative I have about this light is it's not waterproof, or even water resistant, I think. I've never wanted to test it in the rain in case I ruined it.

The 1/4-20 thread provides a great place to add a D-Ring for a sling or shoulder strap - example D-Ring that does not come off...
