That's not how hue works. You hit it once on setup. (and a second time of joining it to a home automation system.) You don't touch it to add bulbs, change scene, etc.

If you use an illuminance value you can accommodate for clouds and stuff. Plus you can turn your lights off when you are in for the night but use motion to turn them back on, lessening light...
