I received it within 1 month of enrolling in March. I haven't touched the funds, which are labeled as "journaled" under history. I recommend leaving the money alone

I believe it is listed in box 3 of 1099-misc. There is that $600 language on the consolidated form but according to schedule 1 you still need to report your box 3 amounts.
