Just received this monitor and I noticed the plastic frame along the bottom doesn't sit flush against the panel the entire length. It bulges out at certain points. Is anyone else's like this?

Nope. It is not the standard size Vesa mount. I wish it was. However, the motion of the arm is very smooth with right amount of tension to adjust the monitor at pretty much any angle at horizontal...

Does anyone know if it’s true that the 2 x USB-A downstream ports are limited to USB 2.0 speeds with a USB-C to USB-C cable? That’s what it says in the manual and kinda sucks if true.
