Probably because they didn't have a time machine or didn't need two batteries? They were talking about a completely different deal in the past.

May I ask why did you keep one $69 6ah, when you could've bought $200 Rocket kit, then return Rocket light, keep two 6ah for $104.76, which is 52.38 per 6ah battery, instead of paying $69 for...

Got my light and it did amazing at a camping trip. Yes the battery is pretty hard to take out but the 6ah batteries did the trick for campaign at least.

That's correct. I paid $169 and kept the 6 AH though.

Is that the kit with 4ah battery for $100? If so, I bought it too. The 4ah battery was fully charged for a year old.

Yea I think Milwaukee is clearing old inventory. I didn't check the light but I ordered an oscillating tool deal a few weeks back and I checked the manufacturing date and it was a year old..

Yeah, I was surprised as well that 6ah batteries were completely discharged. I was wondering how many month/years those have been in the warehouses to get drained out? Any idea?

Just got mine today from the deal the other day. Watched review videos and the only complaint seemed to be about getting the battery out to charge it. I said that won't be a problem for me because I...

2 thumbs down on this light because it is a major pia to get the battery out. I have arthritis and had to use channel locks to get the batteries out, and I think that's why I had two 6 amp batteries...

How in 2022 are you still making comments like this with zero links or details to the products you’re comparing.

No every battery is hard to get out of that dang thing. I think I mentioned it in a different post but I read somewhere there was some sort of lubricant that doesn't make a slippery mess but helps...

Aren't the M12 6 Ah batteries known to be temperamental and randomly fail? My friend has 2 of them go bad while using high drain like impact and they seem to work fine and last a long time in lights.

Do your 6.0 Ah batteries come in and out of the rocket light easy enough? I only have the 1.5 Ah batteries and I read a good tip is to keeping pressing on the battery release clips to loosen them up...

It's definitely a lower tier construction than a lot of stuff, but it's pretty well thought out and extremely portable and mine has held up well though I don't use it a ton. Getting the battery out...

It is, I actually bought both to hack for the light last year and decided to just keep the whole deal since I didn't have any big capacity M12s yet.

I was excited to finally grab one of these during the Labor Day week of sales. I also grabbed a Ryobi work light, that was also on sale and with a 4.0Ah battery. I am planning on returning the M12...

Or if you want the 2x6.0Ah batteries and return the rocket light it makes the cost of the batteries $104.76 before tax. That seems like a good deal as well?
