You can only get 1 bonus every 24 months in personal… so if it’s been 24 months since your last bonus you’ll be ok, if not, you won’t get the bonus points..

You can close the account after points post but you still have to pay $199 for the first year. I didn’t see anything about the fee being waived for the first year.
