I did the Neutrogena deal yesterday and bought about $52 of Neutrogena, but the $5 OYNO Cat for buying $30 did not print. The cashier told me the Cat printer was on before I started the transaction....

It is hit or miss. I did this deal 7x in 2 different stores. The cat only printed 2x. In one store, not at all, in another store, 2 out 4x on the same day and on the same register.
