I did chat with the customer representative on bose.com, and they gave me $20 coupon. This stacks with Amex offer for $30 off of a minimum of $200 purchase on bose.com, eventually bringing the price...

Ended up buying the non-SE QC45 from Dell at 249 with 12% cb from Raku10 and chase 5% for the color my gf wanted (white). $268 (with tax) -$30 -$13=$225 final price
