Depends on placement and use. Most of my cams are fixed in one optimal view so I don't really need the pan and tilt.

It's a good camera. I got one pointed at the walkout basement. It get even the few seconds pre-recording which is nice.

I just got this a week ago using a $8 off coupon. Even though it's only a $5 difference, Amazon will likely not price adjust this, right? (especially since it's a coupon that was applied).

Had the same issue and what it ended up being was the camera was angled just enough that the IR lights were bouncing off the shelf or side wall causing it to see "light" constantly. I adjusted it...

I love this camera, got it for $34 previously, so this is cheaper. Good image quality, speaker/mic audible, lots of customization options via app. Edit: Amazon also has 2 for $30/unit equivalent....
