Yes, but you need a Samsung phone to setup and use these. They use Bluetooth not GPS, so you'll only be able to track it if there are other Samsung devices with Bluetooth enabled nearby the device...

you should get smart tag+ , it use ultra wideband from other samsung phone to locate it. I think smart tag only rely on your phone Bluetooth. it won't work well in winter tho , the cold weather kills...
