They don't really advertise it, all you can do is check periodically in redemptions sorting by % value added. Most of the time their 20% is on some restaurant such as Red Robin which I use often....

Pretty sure Discover caps you at $75 on their quarterly 5% cash promos. So if you have $50, after that next $25 you wouldn't get anything extra just the normal rate.
