Exactly, if they're usually 3-5% why is it posted? The gman230 is right - Crazy 5 percent fee, but It's the norm. Definitely not a slickdeal.

Balance transfer fees are usually 3-5%. Can you recommend any other cards with a lower fee and 0% apr?
