I am not very educated on this. I heard borrowers can call the CD due and take it back without paying interest. Probably pretty rare but I want my money somewhere where no one can mess with it.

Currently 4.85%… I’m waiting for it to hit 5% again or higher. At that point, we’ll be at peak IMHO, so for a fixed income side of portfolio, this would be the best no risk return.
