Got mine yesterday. The heads look similar to my Fairywill but don't fit. Otherwise looks and feels the same while brushing. Worth $11.

It's not just strokes but motion. Some brushes and heads barely have any movement and just vibrate instead of having a meaningful stroke motion.

I feel like as a manual you would not clean your teeth very well. I have one and it's just to heavy to do fast brushing motions when you are tired at night.

I bought this last deal and it's surprisingly good. I like it better than the 50$ oral b electric I had before it at least. Heads are nice and soft and you can always just use it as a manual...

Bought another off-brand one that looks identical to this, sadly for a bit more ($~17 iirc). It's on par with the battery power ones I get for ~$5, so with 6 replacement heads it's a win on that...
