Weird. When I run it thru a meter, I get ~20 volts and 4.5 amps resulting in about 88-90 max output watts.

I have the black version of this bought for $30 and it doesn’t go up to 100W. PD devices requesting 20V/5A results in the charger only outputting about 17V and maxing out at 75-80W.

The 45W issue is my exact complaint about this unit as well. Like almost might as well just make it a two port unit, but I can understand they did this to make both ports PPS potentially.

Yes. It will. But you can't have a cord (whether used or not) plugged into the other port.
