How's that a better deal? 30,000 more MR points for $100 more annual fee is way better.
Not to mention the gold card has higher earn rates and $120/yr in dining credits.

You can't since you alrdy had the card -- should've kept it for 90k
If you try applying again you'll get a pop up saying you're not eligible for the bonus when you submit the app
