Its a super heavy soil. Basically compacts too much for indoor pots. No aeration in it unless you mix with peat moss/vermiculite or other remedies.

Peat moss is good for moisture rention but could compact around root and reduce oxygen flow to root. Vermiculite will help in aeration to the roots.
