Mine failed. Bought mine in 2021. After doing some reading, you can go much faster at around the same price. Get something else. That seems to be the consensus.

It depends on whether your enclosure decides to pass the underlying drive identifier info or some generic name like NVMe Drive.
For some enclosures that don't work you can reflash the firmware...

No info on an update to components or any changes. Hynix is not known to do that.
Seems to be the same drive at a much better price. Many will pick a Gen. 4 over the Gen 3.
