That sucks because direct deposit usually does a "test" with the first paycheck, then two weeks later does a real one, so unless you're a high wage earner, $250 is not attainable

Both discover and capital one are 4.3% instead of 4.5%. Sure that's "about the same" but for those that can get direct deposit it's a pretty easy thing to set up and it's basically extra free money....
