1200tbw is quite crazy number. I have 1TB that I use for games and after 5 years it is now at 10 tbw. Moral of story: you will install once and access small bits of data repeatedly

Solidigm has QLC nand and Lexar has TLC. Neither controller has DRAM, but both support HMB. It really depends on what you're using it for...but I doubt you'll really notice much of a difference...
