Yeah, based on the photos there is absolutely no USB C unless you switch model to the NEW inspiron laptop on the same page. Pretty terrible description, no full funtion USB C is a deal breaker.

I'd probably lean towards #2, but I strongly advise you to upgrade the RAM. Once you do that though you're inching towards the price point of #1 which includes a better CPU. So I guess it's a toss up.
