I can’t confirm that. But, as long as it is sold by Bloomies and the gift card is not sold by a third party that Bloomies uses to sell their gift cards then the purchase would meet the cashback T&C.

There is a way for gc. For example: buy shell gc for total $150+amazon gc $100 =$250 it should work. It should be max of $150 in one brand of gift cards.

Found my Chase Ink Cash to have 10% back up to $25 at Lowe's and Bestbuy. I was able to spend $250 @ Lowe's but Bestbuy wouldn't let me buy more than $150 in one transaction, hardcoded or something.
