Yea, it's locked. Some people got lucky in the other boost iPhone 12 deal and had it unlocked early. Mine is still locked from that deal. Did you do anything different ?

Yes, with Boost the phone is not tied to the specific SIM like it is on Verizon and its MVNOs. Just be aware that nobody knows if the unlock will be fulfilled if you use a different SIM card.
