They did. I used this promo last year and didn’t get the bonus. I had numerous issues when opening account and I think the promo code eventually disappeared

No the effective rate is higher because 1.5% needs to multiply by 4 since you're only doing this for 1 qtr of the year... It's 6% + 4.3%
