you need to set a budget first. speakers can cost $50 or $50,000. a big deciding factor is the placement and type (bookshelves, floor standing, in-wall, etc.).

this is a common misconception. both amps and speakers have ratings both expressed in wattage (This is what causes the confusion), they are not directly related. speakers will work perfectly fine...
