For less than $50 i think, you can get a 7" screen with carplay/AA wireless built in, with suction cup mount. For the money, I like it. (from ebay) i think $10 more gets you a backup camera too...

Used this with a 2022 Dodge Charger Scat Pack and do not recommend. It has a noticeable lag when attempting to connect and changing songs. Also doesn’t work entirely about 1 out of 10 times. Skip.
