If you can hear the basically imperceptible difference between wired and wireless Carplay (especially in a car), you should go work in high end audio. Wireless is not the same as Bluetooth

I would imagine this to also decrease audio quality. Wired connection is best tbh, charges your phone and provides higher quality audio.

Ordered 2. One for my Jetta and one for the wife’s sq5. So far so good. Sucks to keep it plugged in. I noticed the Led light is always on. Kind of worried it may drain a battery dead. We shall see

Wire takes less than 5 seconds to plug in...it also charges your phone! Imagine that. I see the allure of wireless but wire carplay or AA isn't that much of a hassle.

Used this with a 2022 Dodge Charger Scat Pack and do not recommend. It has a noticeable lag when attempting to connect and changing songs. Also doesn’t work entirely about 1 out of 10 times. Skip.
