They changed terms now though and you need to book through their portal. That severely handicaps the value and flexibility.

Yeah makes sense, probably one of the reasons why they give us 25% as they now we’ll be paying extra for the hotels. Same goes for TD banks Expedia portal or US banks hotel or Amex’s portal

Agreed and you're right about all that you've mentioned with the CSR being more expensive and charging extra to add users, which is also why I think the VX is better for those not in the hot spots.
