Bank of America Customized Cash card gives me 3% on Paypal Citi Double Cash gives me 2.2% (extra 0.2% due to Rewards+) Both don't have redemption limits so this credit card is a pass for me.

This isn't a good deal. PayPal is cashback. Boa is statement credit. PayPal is only card that allows you to get actual cash back and not have to use as a statement credit. PayPal savings also 4.3%.
