This isn't a good deal. PayPal is cashback. Boa is statement credit. PayPal is only card that allows you to get actual cash back and not have to use as a statement credit. PayPal savings also 4.3%.

Actually that's incorrect in order to get 5.25%, you need $100k within BofA. 20k only give you 1.25*3%. 3.75% not too bad either. Also you dont need to have the money sit in the checking account....
