Plug an external streaming device into it if it is giving you issues. Android devices need to be power cycled periodically too fyi.

If a power cycle is all that's needed, plug into a smart plug that is scheduled to power cycle for 5 minutes every night at 3am or something.

Yes it does have dolby vision. I was watching something on Apple TV just a few minutes ago with it. It's a pop up on upper left corner.

Had 2 TCLs. Rouk and android tv. Rouk failed with in a year and the warranty repaid took a month to come out. And I still ended up having to fix it my self after. The android still works but has WiFi...

60 HZ - I'd steer away. However depending on your budget this may be for you, but if you can afford a TV with at least 120Hz, i'd go for that instead.
