The voltage goes straight through the heating element and isn’t stepped up or down. It’s 6.2 Ohms so at 20V it will draw 20/6.2 = 3.2A or around 65W

Those silicon cables are hella nice. They are soft and don’t get tangled. I use them for everything, including my laptops. Capped at 60W. For $3-$4 its a steal.
