I googled and MA, CT, TX, MO, and PA came up. That’s why I was so surprised that I didn’t pay tax. The SCO showed my tax as .86 but then it disappeared after I scanned my crts and EBs.

CVS does IP's, it's just that many don't scan. I have no problems getting rain checks, or using them. Some stores may give you a hard time, but I have not experienced that .
