It says this is single channel 32GB stick, be careful. You always want 2x16GB RAM sticks for dual channel. It makes a massive difference in gaming.

Personally, prefer they send with one stick so I can add an additional 32 without having to deal with 2x16 sticks nobody wants.

How do you get it down to $1699? I see $1799 when I open the link to Dell.

How easy is it to find a matching 32GB stick? Not sure what Dell is using in these. $1410 after Amex credit and 10% email coupon seems pretty decent if you have both.

$1530 with 10% code. Then use 10% statement credit from AMEX (was a benefit on my card) for another $165 back making it around $1365.

You can buy 64 GB memory (2 x 32 GB) cheaper than they want for the second 32 GB stick. Or you can simply buy the second 32 GB stick.

Plus. upgrading to liquid cooled CPU is only $50. Same with upgrading power supply. this is a very solid offering with the Amex 120 off deal.

Depends on what titles you are looking to play, but for 99% of the games, you want to spend more money on GPU instead of CPU. This 14900k is a overkill, espeically it is paired with a only 4070.

Not too hard at all. Dell uses micron memory. Just pull the stick out and put the part number into eBay. You’ll find matching sticks no problem.
