I have a Galaxy Book Go with this CPU and Windows runs just fine on the 8cx Gen 2 so long as you stick with ARM64 native applications. Support for Windows ARM64 seems to be getting pretty good...

You do if you want to run "legacy" x86 exe that are not from the Microsoft store. This ARM chip should be able to run 32 bit x86 app, but not if you can't jailbreak out of S Mode.
