If you don't see it, you may have one for Citi. one time use, 2%, max $2.25, expires Jul 31.
I saw both after I heard eBay dumping amex so I wonder if this is on purpose and not a coincidence....

Amex says that eBay represents less than 0.2% of their Total network volume (which is total transaction swiped through Amex network)
Amex is basically saying eBay is not worth their time to give...

You are misinterpreting whatever you read. Of course you can still use your AMEX via PayPal after they cut ties. PayPal is eating the CC fees when using their service.

Good point, and I use Fidelity 2% back now all the time EXCEPT for most online purchases including ebay where I use Amex Everyday (no fee card) - which gives 3% back.
