I finally did after Chase "escalated" the issue. It took three months and multiple phone calls. Finally was connected with a nice foreign woman who made it happen.

So I'll answer my own question. My $400 savings/checking bonus arrived at the same time as my $200 savings bonus did, totaling $900 per the deal. No issues whatsoever! :woot:
