I did this once already with spectrum, even though my bill is only $25/mo.
I just went on their website, paid $50, and got $10 back. Now I'm waiting a couple months before doing it the second time.

You can do them all on the same day, I have with spectrum many times. They don't care if you have a +$200 balance. ...

FiOS also used to be same ... Now I can't prepay as I have balance of 150 from last prepays. Anybody else knows workaround for FiOS?
