Yeah mostly chase for 5/24 but some of the others care as well. 6k can be a lot for some for sure. I just put monthly expenses on to hit the SUB's. Are you using it for cash back or for travel?

If you're talking about property tax it depends on who you're paying. Some do, some don't, but almost all charge a fee.
