Hi, yes you were right.
I tried MS edge and it works fine.
Does this mean I am stuck with Edge if I want easy 2 sided printing.

try toggling the print on both sides option off and then back on. If that doesn't help, try turning it off, printing something, then turning it back on and printing something.

If you're still troubleshooting I'd try disabling all add-ons you might have installed in Chrome.
Good to know that it still works in one browser and not the other, so start focusing on Chrome...

In Chrome I can see the 2 sided option but if you choose more settings and go to the bottom you have the printer dialog box which should give you the duplex option.

After i click more setting I do see 2-sided printing but that is already checks.
If I click at the very bottom right. It opens a new print box. And it will work from there.
