I mean the gift cards on giftcards.com seem to be at full price, and I do not see immediate benefits from buying on this website. For example, they sell 100 dollar Target for 100 dollars.

It's not much of a site to find discounted gift cards like you see on an Amazon sale or something similar. The only "discount" is that you get 5% back via the Chase offers.

I haven’t gotten my 5% back from chase and it’s been 10 days since purchase. I used paypal. Maybe chase offers no longer works with paypal?
