I agree but the consensus is those rates will only drop further. They already took a hit over the last year.

I was thinking of putting some money in this one the first of next month before rates take a hit which they will do 1 way or the other. The market has already priced in a rate cut and maybe a .50...

Much better off to open the Marcus 13 month no penalty cd @ 4.15% and you even get 30 days to fund it which basically gives you a free 30 day rate lock!
