One other thing to note I am sure Chase has gotten a bad rap in the past but for us they were great in the Mortgage process as well as with the payoff help.

You likely have to talk to the loan officer and get the final amount for the day you want to pay it off (to confirm it matches whatever is online) and they should be able to tell you what payment...
