I had this offer in Nov. Made 2 payments of $50. Chase credited back $50. Note that in the following month T-Mobile removed the $5 autopay from bank/debit “discount” from my bill.

Didn't show up on any of my 6 Chase accounts. Kinda sad because it would have been perfect to pay off my final bill on T-mobile soon and not worry about the autopay discount.

It's odd that they say the offer expires before the second payment can be made. I assume if you make the first payment before 1/15 that keeps the offer active until 3/1.

Totally agreed. I will lost $15 autopay with debit card discount each monthly bill:(. Taking a chance here and hope to get the $50 cashback to come out $20 ahead. Too bad the offer is not in my BofA...
