If you have 7 figures across 4 accounts than you should have a premier account manager. Talk to your premier account manager about this issue and they should be able to help you out.

Install Win11 23H2 if the computer is very old (no SSE4.2 support). Download the ISO from Microsoft and use Rufus to remove W11's requirements.
