No, but oneplus is likely stopping to sell in most regions aside for China and maybe India, you can read up on it. That being said, they make the best stuff available by far in America IMO.

Slightly better fit (for most people) on the 4, a little more bass, but the 3 Pros have better build quality.

I couldn't imagine needing more bass cause it's already a ton of great bass. These buds can really thump bass. I'll stick with the 3 pro haha

Build quality is a bit subjective. I find the Buds 4 are pretty light. However, I also conclude this is why I barely know they are in my ear and never fall out.
