I had their leak sensors and did not last and alot of issues. I have been using Govee and they have many types of devices that can conect to one app one hub. Iwould not recommend Yolink

Depends on what you find comfortable and affordable. The dehumidifier will do a large portion of the work for keeping the house safe from mold
