Noted (posting here means the product, etc teams will see it). I will say I'm pretty sure that option is off by default (except in app, where there's no way to turn it off), so it's probably not...

Do you have a lot of threads in your list? Once you hit the limit (not sure what it is but I know it's over 100 but could be 200+) then subscription behavior becomes more erratic/unpredictable. If so...

I've been on SD for 11yrs. i'm pretty sure i have replied to over 3k threads. Suggestion: have the site Automatically unsubscribe to 3yr+ threads since there's a programming bug?
