According to the fac page you must use shared payment with the additional Walmart plus household member. The household member sharing your account will be able to use that shared payment method...

You left out the most important part: The shared card can only be used for purchases on Walmart.com or in the Walmart app. Shared members can also add and use their own payment card for purchases.
