I find it hard to believe the $10 off doesn't work on a $30 Uber cash reload.
I did this similar offer 2 weeks ago with the Citi Lyft offer and received $10 statement credit already.

It seems the only way there could be separate offers for Uber and Uber Eats is that it's looking for keywords in the charge, which I'm guessing is a combination of Uber with Trip or Eats.

Not according to the terms. If your order or ride is over $50, the Costco 20% GC deal is your better bet. This is great if your purchase is right around $30.
