Depends on competition, we have none here and because of that, I couldn't even get free DVR or anything added at my current price to "keep me" as a customer. They were more than willing to let me go.

What are you getting with the double play? If it's Internet and Cable, then it's one hell of a deal. But if it's Digital Voice and Internet, that's an everyday price..which doesn't it make it...
