OP--for poison Ivy---dont use any other soap than the blue dandruff type. Use this for your entire body for 6wks. for localized areas use diaper rash cream--stuff works great for insect bites also.

I would do it daily. It takes about a week to build up your immune system so just doing it once in a while won't be quite as affective.
